Only two elderly nuns remain behind its walls, while overwhelmed civil servant Toni keeps things running. Secretly he hides Lee , a wanted hacktivist – rude, nerdy, and queer as fuck – beneath the convent walls. When Sister Hildegard dies and church and political authorities plan to turn the convent into a luxury yoga retreat, Scholastika fights back against patriarchal structures.
